To create an Instagram Topic, when you are on the Topics page, click on the pink button "New Instagram Topic" on the upper right-hand corner :

On this page, we can distinguish Instagram topics from those on Twitter and Facebook thanks to the Instagram logo at the right of the topic title

The creation of a new topic follows three steps :

1. Name the topic
2. Define the topic's rules
3. Validate the topic

No "New Instagram topic" button ?

If you cannot see the "New Instagram topic" button, you might have a "reader" access, meaning that you do not have the rights to create a new topic. An other solution is that you do not have access to the Instagram feature within your subscription.
Don't hesitate to contact your account manager to find a solution !
